Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:

To be eligible for a return, the Hydro Floss oral irrigator must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it and should be in the original packaging.  The irrigator must have been purchased from Oral Care Technologies, Inc. 

All sales for the following products are final unless the item is received damaged or defective. 1) Irrigating tips, 2) HOCL Concentrate, and HOCL Cleaner.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):  
1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at helpdesk@hydrofloss.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at helpdesk@hydrofloss.com for further directions. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should ship it to Oral Care Technologies, Inc., 3681 Pine Lane SE, Bessemer, Alabama 35022, US.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
