1. Fill the Reservoir

• Use warm water
• Fill to the indicated line

2. Select Your Tip

• Standard tip for general use
• Ortho/Implant tip for braces, implants, or other appliance, and Pocket Pal tip for periodontal pockets

3. Adjust Pressure

• Start on a low setting, especially if you’re new to irrigation
• Gradually increase to a comfortable level

4. Proper Positioning

• Lean over the sink
• Place the tip in your mouth before turning the unit on

5. Technique

• Aim the tip at a 90-degree angle to the gumline
• Follow along the gumline slowly
• Pause briefly between teeth

6. Coverage

Irrigate front and back of teeth and around dental work (implants, brackets, bridges)

7. Duration

• Use one full reservoir of water - about 1–2 minutes total
